Greater heights promote health and well being of young persons in various ways such as:
- supporting the registration with a doctor, dentist and optician and arranging annual health checks
- Assisting young persons with drugs, alcohol, and related issues
- Referrals are made to professionals or agencies.
Our commitment to the young persons in our care is reinforced by the 24-hour availability of Greater Heights staff members.
Referrals are usually made by social workers and are mostly given to people who find it difficult to settle or accept a foster placement.
Through supervision, the young persons can adapt to independent living and be re-integrated back into the community.
